About Three State
Three State is a premium small group personal training gym based at West Pier, Dún Laoghaire. We work with adults who want to build long-term health and strength.
Our model is personal training: small groups of 4-6, consistent coaching, and real relationships with members over the long term. We are not a transformation brand and we don't do short-term challenges or aesthetic-first programming. We care about doing genuinely good work with people, and our members reflect that.
The Role
We are expanding our coaching team and looking for a full-time coach to join us from August 2026.
This is a hands-on coaching role at the heart of what we do. You will deliver SGPT sessions across morning and evening slots, support members through onboarding and ongoing check-ins, and contribute to the day-to-day running of the gym. You will be working alongside an experienced, close-knit team in a high-quality environment.
Responsibilities
Delivering SGPT sessions to small groups of members to a consistently high standard. Supporting new members through their onboarding experience. Building genuine, ongoing relationships with members. Contributing to programming, operations, and team development. Maintaining accurate member records and notes. Upholding Three State's coaching standards and values day to day.
What We Are Looking For
Previous experience coaching in a 1-2-1 or group setting. Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with a wide range of people. A genuine commitment to your own continued learning and development. Reliability, consistency, and attention to detail. A positive attitude and a real interest in people.
More than any of the above, we care about who you are. A warm, grounded personality and a genuine desire to become an excellent coach will matter as much to us as your qualifications and experience.
What We Offer
