Clinical Nurse Manager Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Person in Charge / Unit Manager in clinical and professional leadership

Delivering high-quality, safe, and effective care ensuring care is person-centred, respecting residents' rights, dignity, and autonomy

Planning, assessing, and evaluating individualised care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team

Leading, mentoring, and supervising nursing and care staff on shift
-
Developing strong relationships with residents and families to enhance wellbeing
-
Maintaining accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation
-
Promoting a safe, inclusive, and positive environment for all residents

Contributing to quality improvement initiatives and team development
Clinical Nurse Manager Requirements
-
Registered General or Psychiatric Nurse on the NMBI register (or eligible)

Minimum 2 years post-graduate experience, including Senior Staff Nurse / CNM level

Evidence of continuous professional development

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
