Location: Dublin.
The Project Management Analyst will support programme support teams in the planning, coordination, management, and evaluation of projects and strategic initiatives. This acts as a key support liaison for stakeholders, helping to ensure that projects are delivered efficiently, consistently, and in line with business priorities.
A significant focus of the will be the management of project data, documentation, and information frameworks, including the future development and maintenance of global process library initiatives and related operational resources.

Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, department leaders, and key stakeholders.

Manage incoming and outgoing project documentation, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely updates.

Schedule and coordinate meetings with stakeholders to support project progress and alignment.

Support continuous process improvement initiatives across programme support functions.

Collaborate with department leaders to help define, prioritise, and progress key projects.

Draft new process documentation and improve existing process materials to support operational consistency.

Drive cross-department change management projects in partnership with SOPS, AOS, L&D, QA, and other Programme Support teams.

Support senior leadership with continuous improvement strategies, ad hoc priorities, and emerging business activities.

Coordinate PMO-related activities across multiple workstreams, including workforce, workplace, process, and documentation management.

Maintain and update the Attendance Report Locations & Functions database, ensuring accuracy, monthly verification, and timely delivery for weekly meetings.
Work directly with the DMT team to submit, monitor, and track new - requests.

Track and update laptop allocations and inventory for the onboarding team.

Collect, review, and validate monthly headcount data across Europe.

Update and maintain core PMF tracking files with verified monthly operational data.
Please note that this may require you to work in rotational shifts.
- 12+ months’ experience working with a PMO team, or similar experience where PMO-related skills can be demonstrated.

Excellent problem-solving abilities.

Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Consistent and evident positive attitude towards solving problems.

Preferable, but not required: experience using CRM and productivity tools such as Salesforce, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, Tableau, Outreach, and collaboration or presentation tools.
