Key Responsibilties & Duties:
- Preparation and service on evening a la carte Menu.
- Assist in the creation of new menu items in response to seasonal changes and customer demand.
- Evening service per section
- Ensure all Haccp and cleaning responsibilities are carried to company standards.
- Aware of the changing and challenging Market to maintain the Kitchen Margin.
The ideal candidate for this position:
- Previous experience in a similar position and have the ability to work well in a busy environment
- Have a professional attitude in dealing with work colleagues and customers.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a busy kitchen environment & passion for flavour and food
- Self-starter with an knowledge of and commitment to food hygiene best practices
- Team player with a hands on approach who is flexible and adaptable.
- Good Standard of oral and written English.
