Réalta Technologies are seeking multiple DeltaV Automation Engineers to support the configuration, testing and commissioning of a new DeltaV DCS as part of a Foxboro migration project at a Chemical API manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure DeltaV control modules, equipment modules, and batch phase logic.
Support development of control strategies in line with ISA-88 standards.
Execute simulation testing, FAT, SAT, and commissioning activities.
Assist with migration of existing Foxboro control strategies to DeltaV.
Support system integration activities with plant equipment and third-party systems.
Participate in generation and execution of test documentation (IQ/OQ).
Troubleshoot and resolve configuration or logic issues during testing phases.
Key Qualifications:
3–6 years’ experience in Automation Engineering within GMP manufacturing environments.
Hands-on experience configuring Emerson DeltaV control systems.
Experience working on DCS implementation or upgrade projects.
Familiarity with batch process control and ISA-88 principles.
Exposure to commissioning and qualification activities (FAT/SAT/IQ/OQ).
Understanding of regulated system lifecycle and documentation practices.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work within structured project teams.
