We're looking for someone to help us show up where students already are: on social media.
The role
You will lead our strategy on social. That means getting in front of the camera, making content students actually want to watch, and being the friendly person on the other end of their DMs. If you've got a feel for what's funny, useful, and reassuring to a student in the thick of exam prep, you'll fit right in.
This is a part-time, fully remote role (anywhere in Ireland). It's an entry-level position, so you don't need years of experience. You need ideas, energy, and a willingness to learn fast.
What you'll do
- Run our Social media: Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook. Posting content, commenting and engaging with our community
- Be on camera. Record face-to-camera videos (tips, study advice, day-in-the-life, exam season type content). You'll be comfortable presenting and being yourself on screen.
- Work with other creators. You won't be the only face. Bring in and manage other content creators, build campaign strategies around them, and run those campaigns
- Come up with the ideas. Generate organic content concepts that fit how students actually use TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Write the scripts. Turn rough ideas into short, punchy scripts that land.
- Edit (with support). Do a first cut of your videos. You'll have a dedicated video editor to take things over the line, so you're never on your own for the heavy editing.
- Make the visuals. Put together simple graphics and images to support posts and paid ad campaigns (with AI image tools to help).
- Research what works. Keep an eye on trends, formats, and what's resonating with students, and bring those ideas back to the team.
- Manage the inbox. Reply to DMs and customer messages in a way that's helpful, on-brand, and quick.
Who we're looking for
- You're comfortable (and ideally a bit excited) about being on camera.
- You understand what study and exam season feel like for students, parents and teachers and you can speak to them in their language
- You've made content before, even just for your own accounts. Show us what you've posted.
- You're organised and reliable. Part-time and remote means we trust you to get things done without someone over your shoulder.
Nice to have (not essential)
- A recent grad is a bonus, but it's not a requirement. We care more about whether you get the audience.
- Experience editing video (CapCut, Premiere, or similar).
- Basic graphic design experience (Canva or similar).
- Experience using AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini for content creation.
- Have made content previously and can show examples of your work.

- AI tools for research, idea generation, scripting, and image creation, so you can move fast and spend your energy on the parts that need a human.
- A dedicated video editor to handle the heavy editing and final polish.
- Training and support. If you've got an idea you want to try, we'll back you and help you make it happen. This is a place to learn and grow, not just execute a list.
- Team support: We will provide you access to a wider team, more creators, budget for testing and recording equipment to do your job. You dream up the idea, we’ll provide the support to make it happen.
Pay: €15.00-€18.00 per hour
