Experience using EPOS Meridian System
- Role: Foxford Online fulfilment & Customer service executive

- Responsibilities:
o Fulfilment of online orders in an efficient manner and in line with agreed service levels
o Ensuring orders are packed to a high standard and in adherence to agreed procedures
o Experience with Shopify, Gorgias, An Post, DPD and DHL are all a plus.
o Updating and processing orders and labels on computer system
o Support on embroidery orders
o Dispatch store orders requested for delivery.
o Customer service support – answering phones and responding to customer emails.
o Ensuring dispatch area is maintained to a high standard
o Adherence to all health & safety procedures.
Experience
Previous experience with Online Fulfilment (picking and packing) preferred but not essential
- Experience using EPOS Meridian System
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word etc)
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Working Hours:
o 37.5hrs per week
Must be available to work Monday and Friday.
