As a Trainer with Sodexo, you'll enhance the services of our vibrant corporate site, offering a helping hand to ensure flawless facilities operations and keep things running smoothly.
What you'll do:

Coordinate and deliver training by scheduling, conducting, and recording site-specific and on-the-job training for all cleaning staff.

Manage training systems by maintaining the SMS and Sodexo Learning/Access platforms, including creating curricula, scheduling training, and managing user records.

Support new starters by setting up induction schedules, adding employees to systems, providing probation feedback, and assisting supervisors with onboarding processes, including Kronos.

Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, COSHH, fire safety, hygiene, security, and all client and company policies.

Maintain equipment knowledge by using cleaning equipment safely, reporting faults, and ensuring correct training before use.

Complete accurate documentation including training records, forms, reports, logs, and trackers in a timely and honest manner.

Collaborate with supervisors and administration to coordinate training requirements, provide administrative support, and cover other admin duties when required.

Support operational excellence by identifying and reporting safety hazards, assisting with internal and external audits, and carrying out other reasonable duties as directed by management.
What you'll bring:

Previous experience in a similar client facing role is a plus, but excellent interpersonal and communication skills are the key
