McCartan's Pharmacy Group, a growing family owned Irish community Pharmacy group, are seeking to add to our fantastic team in McCartans Pharmacy, Shankill.
Full-time - working alternate Saturdays.
Purpose of Role: To work as part of a strong dispensary team to support the Pharmacist to care for the community through dispensing prescriptions and advising patients.
This role will suit a qualified or experienced Pharmacy Technician who enjoys working with a large team in a busy environment, in a community focused organisation.
The ideal candidate will be driven, reliable and flexible.
Responsibilities

To prepare and dispense medicines under the supervision of the pharmacist

Ordering and controlling stock levels of medicines

Preparation of blister packs

Tracking the reimbursement claims
Skills Required:
-
Pharmacy technician course, or minimum 2 years experience working as a Pharmacy Technician

Over The Counter Medicine Course

Previous dispensary experience

Excellent communication skills
