Floor Supervisor - Essential Requirements
The Floor Supervisor should have a strong understanding of the day-to-day operational needs of the business and be confident in leading the team during service.
Essential Requirements:
● Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
● Strong experience working on both the floor and behind the bar.
● Excellent understanding of daily operations, including service standards, staffing, and guest experience.
● Experience in cash handling, cash reconciliation, and completing end-of-day procedures accurately.
● Good working knowledge of ResDiary or a similar reservation and booking system.
● Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively and professionally with the entire team, including the kitchen.
● Ability to lead by example, delegate tasks, and support the team during busy service periods.
● Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
● A positive attitude, reliability, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Pay: €16.00-€18.00 per hour
