Job title: Chef/Cook for cafe for Leahy’s Open Farm
Role : Report to Coffee Shop Manager
Duties :
- Ability to carry out day to day tasks.
- Must be a good baker, cook and be able to follow recipes.
- Must have food safety training at least Level 2 and be familiar with haccp food hygiene.
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and handle busy times well.
- Have a customer service type approach to dealing with customers in a professional manner.
- Ability to file and keep records up to date.
- Ability to fill in forms and record details in a timely manner.
- Competent person in stock rotation and sell buy date products.
- Be able to work on own initiative.
- Flexible to work in different environments depending on the time of the year.
- Create a good working environment and equal respect for all open farm staff and suppliers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €14.50-€17.00 per hour
