Social Care Worker (Residential)
As part of the development of our new residential services, we are seeking applications from energetic, enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team. Candidates should be committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred supports that promote the rights, dignity, wellbeing and independence of the individuals we support.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new residential service supporting individuals to live meaningful and self-directed lives within their home and local community.
This is a full-time position. Contracts are with the service.

General Responsibilities
Qualifications & Experience
Must hold a Degree in Social Care or foreign equivalent qualification (validated by QQI) and be registered with CORU as a Social Care Worker, or be in the process of obtaining CORU registration.
Six months post-qualification experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities, autism and/or complex support needs.
Must hold a full clean driving licence and be willing to drive company vehicles.
Hold valid work authorisation for Ireland.
Be proficient in both oral and written English language.
