Job Description
Our technicians perform a range of tasks related to floor maintenance, including;
· Carpet and Rug Cleaning – including shampooing, bonnet cleaning and hot water extraction
· Cleaning Hard Floors
· Stripping Hard Floors
· Waxing/Sealing Floors
· Polishing Floors
· Cleaning Upholstery & Mattresses
· Power washing facades, driveways, patios
Responsibilities
· Mobile technician – calling to jobs sites on a daily basis
· Experienced using floor care equipment - mechanical buffers, carpet/upholstery machines, power washers, floor sealing, cherry pickers.
· Ensuring adherence to safety standards whilst carrying out duties, ensuring both their own and the public’s safety
· Assist in moving furniture for comprehensive floor cleaning
· Reporting outcomes to head office on completion of each job
· Replenishing stock and maintain equipment in safe, clean and usable condition
· Fluent English
· Full C Class Irish Drivers Licence
· Over 26 years of age for fleet insurance compliance
