We're seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to dive into the heart of our kitchen!
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare starters and cold dishes.
- Cook and plate food to our high standards, presented beautifully for service.
- Assist with ordering supplies in coordination with the Head Chef
- Maintain excellent hygiene standards in line with HACCP guidelines, fill out HACCP logs
- Carry out thorough daily cleaning of your designated station and help with general kitchen cleaning.
- Implement FIFO, portion control, quality standard
- handle additional needs as the business requires.
What We're Looking For:
- A culinary qualification.
- knowledge of Italian Kitchen.
- Excellence in food preparation and presentation.
- Very high attention to detail.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP and maintaining top hygiene standards.
- Thorough understanding of Health and Safety rules.
Experience Needed:
- At least 2 years in a similar role within a restaurant environment.
