The purpose of this role is to;
- Deliver high-impact CRM campaigns for strategic partner accounts and brands, driving customer engagement and commercial performance.
- Ensure excellence in CRM campaign execution through data-driven insights, testing and marketing best practices.
- Own CRM campaign performance for strategic partners, leveraging customer insights, optimisation and CRM expertise to improve engagement, retention and commercial outcomes
- Act as the CRM and digital marketing expert within the Trading Squad, delivering campaign solutions that support partner and brand objectives.
- Own end-to-end CRM campaign execution across email, push notifications and lifecycle communications.
- Build and deploy campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CMS, widgets and microsites.
- Ensure campaign quality, compliance and consistency across client IDs, landing pages, customer journeys and partner requirements.
- Collaborate with Trading Squad Leads and commercial stakeholders to deliver high-quality campaigns within agreed timelines.
- Identify opportunities to increase partner revenue through CRM optimisation, segmentation, lifecycle marketing and personalisation.
- Analyse campaign performance and customer data to optimise future activity.
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations that improve engagement and commercial performance.
- Define, monitor and report on CRM campaign KPIs.
- Deliver regular performance reporting to internal squads and partners.
- Conduct quality assurance across all CRM campaign elements to ensure high standards of delivery.
- Work closely with partners and internal teams to achieve CRM and marketing objectives.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign delivery and operational efficiency.
- Drive process improvements that enhance consistency and effectiveness.
- Execute A/B and multivariate testing across email and lifecycle campaigns, documenting and sharing key learnings.
- Proactively identify testing opportunities to improve customer engagement and conversion.
- Partner with Revenue Enablement and MarTech teams to implement and scale successful test initiatives.
- Drive innovation across lifecycle marketing, automation and audience targeting.
- Build strong relationships with Trading Squads, partners and cross-functional teams.
- Translate partner requirements into clear CRM campaign briefs.
- Provide expert CRM recommendations to improve customer engagement, conversion and commercial performance.
- Collaborate with CRM, MarTech and Revenue Enablement teams to identify new opportunities for partners and the business.
- Improve CRM processes and partner integrations to enhance campaign delivery.
- Identify and implement new CRM features and enhancements that add value for partners.
- Share CRM knowledge and best practices across the team.
- Mentor and support colleagues where appropriate.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Commerce, E-Commerce, Data Analytics or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (e.g. Email Specialist, Administrator or Consultant) are an advantage.
- CRM, Digital Marketing or Customer Lifecycle Marketing certifications (e.g. CIM or Digital Marketing Institute) are desirable.
- 3+ years' experience in CRM, digital marketing, customer lifecycle marketing or e-commerce.
- Proven experience delivering CRM and digital marketing campaigns across email, lifecycle marketing and marketing automation platforms.
- Hands-on experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CMS platforms to execute, optimise and measure CRM campaigns.
- Strong track record of improving campaign performance through segmentation, personalisation, testing and data-driven optimisation.
- Experience delivering against CRM and commercial KPIs, including engagement, conversion, retention, ROI and incremental revenue.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced commercial environment.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in performance reporting, KPI measurement and translating insights into commercial recommendations
