Daily oversight and management of crews working on Virgin Media contracts with a view to maximising core KPI’s and adherence to quality and H&S standards and ensuring client satisfaction with services provided by Actavo.
Responsibilities:
Adhere to and maintain compliance with all Health and Safety procedures within your work. Ensuring you are responsible for yourself and/or team members who report into you
Ensure full teams available to VM daily
Monitor team activities throughout the day
Support VM Area Managers to plan and implement network repair activities
Identify training needs and areas of improvement
Front line response to client queries
Compile daily and weekly timesheets
Support the Quality Manager in day to day activities
Requirements:
Previous related experience leading a team of Installers
A full driver’s license is required
Intermediate understanding of VM Network operation and signal flow preferred
Computer literate – intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent communication skills required
Ability to work flexible hours and overtime when necessary
Up to €800 bonus monthly
