Key Responsibilities
- Support the PIC in managing operations and staffing
- Lead and supervise nursing staff and promote best practice
- Ensure compliance with HIQA standards and regulations
- Maintain a safe, high-quality care environment
- Act as PIC in their absence
About You
- Registered Nurse with active NMBI PIN
- Significant nursing and leadership experience
- Strong leadership, organisational, and clinical skills
- Passion for delivering outstanding care to older people
