Technical Sales Representative

*About the Role*
We are looking for a confident, personable, and experienced salesperson to join us as a Front of House Technical Sales Representative. As the face of our business, you will be the first point of contact for customers walking through our doors.
Sales experience is our top priority. We are looking for someone who knows how to engage customers, identify their needs, and close a sale. You don’t need to be a technical expert yet—we provide full in-store training to give you all the product knowledge you need to succeed.
*Key Responsibilities*
- Greeting customers and providing a professional front-of-house experience.
- Using your sales expertise to recommend products and drive store revenue.
- Handling inquiries face-to-face, over the phone, and via email.
- Managing the showroom or counter area to ensure it is welcoming and organized.
- Learning our technical product range through our dedicated in-house training program.
*Requirements*
- Proven experience in sales or a high-end retail environment is essential.
- Driving license esstesnial
- Excellent face-to-face communication and "people skills."
- A proactive approach to sales and a drive to hit targets.
- Ability to learn technical specifications and explain them clearly to customers.
- Professional appearance and a friendly, helpful attitude.
