We are looking for a proactive and committed Health & Safety Advisor to join our team and take full ownership of Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental management, with a strong emphasis on Health & Safety across both our manufacturing facilities in Cork & Meath.

· Prepare and submit site-specific Method Statements and Risk Assessments (RAMS) for all projects which mainly includes deliveries and collections of shipping containers and site accommodation units
· Deliver Health & Safety training programmes such as inductions etc. for new employees or sub-contractors working on site.
· Providing health and safety advice and support on site / client projects
· Full responsibility for coordinating the logistical requirements of company projects, including liaising with transport and crane companies, and arranging timely delivery and installation schedules while ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders
· Preparing health and safety documentation required for site projects (PSCS duties where require)
· Provide advice, guidance and instruction in all health & safety matters for the company (including sub-contractors where appropriate).
· Implement and maintain high standards of Health & Safety across the company, including the workshop/factory and where applicable our live project sites
· Investigate and document all incidents, near misses, and unsafe practices, implementing corrective actions
· Develop and maintain H&S policies, procedures, and compliance systems
· Conduct regular inspections and site audits, report findings to site and senior company management. Strict follow-up is required to ensure that actions are dealt with immediately.
· Carry out administrative duties to implement an QHSE Management system such as maintaining registers, records, monthly reports and reporting presentations to management where required.
· To ensure compliance with all regulatory and company requirements relating to organisations activities.
· Take a lead role in the development and maintenance of ISO45001, ISO14001 & ISO9001 as part of the Integrated Management system
· Full responsibility for cordinating the logistical requirements of company projects which involves liaising with transport and crane companies and arranging timely delivery dates for units and installations involving all stake holders
Qualifications/ Skills/ Experience:
- Formal qualification in Health & Safety or similar is required.
- At least 3 years’ experience within a H&S role.
- Ability to work on own initiative and be innovative.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to deliver training.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Full drivers licence required
