The ideal candidate is passionate about the guest experience, creates opportunities to interact and engage with guests & contributes to a welcoming environment for guests and teammates. You will be proactive throughout our operations which you will demonstrate with a high level of attention to detail and willingness to represent any of our Food & Beverage spaces to meet business needs.
Key delivery areas:
As Food and Beverage Assistant your main function will be to provide exceptional guest experiences by professionally and efficiently serving food and preparing and serving beverages to our Guests.

The Successful Candidate will:
- Have strong previous experience in a similar role at 4*/5* level
- Specializing in Dinner Service including plating, carving & filleting at the table
- Have a friendly and outgoing manner
- Be well-presented and always maintain a professional image
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Have fluent English, both verbal and written
- Be a team player, flexible, reliable and trustworthy
- Have knowledge of bistro food and be able to recommend wines
