The Role
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver / Furniture Installer to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role involving the delivery, assembly, and installation of furniture at client sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver furniture safely and efficiently to various locations
- Assemble and install furniture to a high standard
- Carry and handle furniture (manual handling required)
- Work independently and as part of a small team
- Ensure excellent attention to detail during installation
- Represent the company professionally on client sites
- Keep vehicles, tools, and work areas clean and organised
Requirements
- Must be 25 years or older (for insurance purposes)
- Full, clean Category B driving licence
- Experience driving vans (essential)
- Physically fit and capable of manual work
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
Desirable (but not essential)
- Experience in furniture assembly or installation
- Previous experience in a similar delivery / fit-out role
- Basic handyman skills
