The Cahernane Hotel, Mucross Road, Killarney is a four star boutique 46 bedroom hotel just outside Killarney Town.
We are looking for a Senior Chef de Partie to join the team.
€19 per hour, min 30 hours per week.
Eligible candidates must have:
- Eligible to work in Ireland
- Good level of English
- Experience in an Irish Hotel or Restaurant

About The Role
What’s involved in the role:
- Preparing mise en place and menu dishes for service to the required standard specifications.
- Ensuring the smooth running of food service in conjunction with the kitchen and restaurant teams.
- Working in an organised, hygienic manner at all times ensuring the HACCP regulations are adhered to.
- Receiving and storing supplier deliveries and stock rotation in accordance with HACCP specifications.
- Maintaining kitchen in a clean and hygienic state.
Required Criteria

HACCP or Food Hygiene training and experience
- Chef de Partie experience of a minimum of one year
