Sensori is expanding and we're looking for a skilled Plumber to join our Mechanical Projects team in Dublin. This is a permanent, full-time role offering the stability of a growing company, a strong team culture, and the opportunity to work on a varied portfolio of commercial projects.
If you take pride in quality workmanship, like working alongside other top trades, and want to be part of a business that's going places - we want to hear from you.
The Role
As part of Sensori's Mechanical Projects Division, you'll be working on a mix of new-build and fit-out projects across the commercial sector in Dublin. You'll be a trusted member of the site team - delivering quality installations, managing your own work packages, and representing Sensori's standards on every project.
Day to day, you can expect to:
-
Install and commission hot and cold water systems, heating, drainage, and sanitation across a range of commercial buildings
-
Carry out gas welding, soldering, and brazing to the highest standards of workmanship
-
Work confidently from technical drawings, design specifications, and project documentation
-
Review installations to ensure they are fit for purpose and meet design intent and regulatory requirements
-
Identify material requirements for your work packages and coordinate with the procurement team - taking ownership of quantities, quality checks, and sign-off on deliveries
-
Work closely with the site foreman, main contractors, and other trades, building strong relationships that keep projects running smoothly
-
Support, guide, and mentor apprentices on site - contributing to their development and upholding team standards
-
Proactively identify and resolve on-site issues before they escalate, communicating clearly with site management
-
Maintain a safe and organised work environment, adhering to all Health & Safety legislation and Sensori's quality procedures
-
Collaborate with the Project Manager and wider team to ensure milestones are hit on time and to the standard our clients expect
What you'll bring
Essential:
- QQI Level 6 Advanced Certificate in Plumbing (or equivalent trade qualification)
- SOLAS Safe Pass and Manual Handling certificate
- Minimum 4 years' experience in a commercial environment
- Confident reading technical drawings and construction documentation
- A practical, solutions-focused approach - able to think on your feet on a busy site
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude
- Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
Desirable:
- Experience mentoring or working alongside apprentices
- Familiarity with mechanical project environments and multi-trade coordination
