The Role:
- To seek out talent, interview candidates and assist in the hiring process.
- Analyse the operations of a business to determine which departments would benefit from additional staff.
- To maintain a strong database of potential candidates.
- Maintain reports and other relevant documentation.
Experience:
- Previous recruitment experience is required, ideally within Professional Services.
- Good attention to detail and very organised individual.
- Works both individually and in a team.
