Position Title: Recruiter – Children’s Residential Social Care
Location: Dublin Hybrid
Annual Leave: 22 Days per annum exclusive of bank Holidays.
Location and Working Pattern: This is a hybrid role, with a requirement to work on-site a minimum of 3 days per week at our Dublin Office: Millbank House, Arkle Road, Sandyford, Dublin D18, D18C6R3.
The role also requires attendance at off-site meetings, training sessions, job and career events and conferences as needed.

About The Role
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter with a strong background in Direct Sourcing and International Recruitment to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in supporting the recruitment of qualified professionals for Children’s Residential Social Care Services across Ireland. The successful candidate will be instrumental in identifying, engaging, and onboarding top-tier candidates who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of vulnerable children and young people.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure Best in class recruitment processes to Lead full-cycle recruitment for roles within children’s residential care, including Social Care Workers, Team Leaders, and Managers.
- Develop and execute direct sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and internal databases.
- Manage recruitment campaigns, also targeting qualified professionals from EU and non-EU countries.
- Ensure compliance with Irish employment law, CORU registration standards, and Tusla guidelines.
- Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and reporting to inform strategic decisions.
- Represent the organization at job fairs, open days, and recruitment events.
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within Social Care, Healthcare, or Nonprofit sectors.
- Demonstrated success in direct sourcing and attracting international talent.
- Strong understanding of the Irish social care landscape, particularly Children’s Residential Services.
- Familiarity with CORU registration and Tusla Child & Family Agency standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously.
- Experience using ATS platforms and recruitment tools to enhance efficiency and data driver decision making. Experience with PinPoint ATS a plus!
Desirable
- Degree or qualification in HR, Social Care, or related field, or relevant experience.
- Experience recruiting for trauma-informed or therapeutic care settings.
- Multilingual abilities or experience working with diverse cultural backgrounds.
