Job Title: Part-Time Office Administrator
Location: Finglas, Dublin 11
Hours: 25 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Company Overview
We are a well-established manufacturing company based in Finglas, seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a key support role within the business, working across multiple departments including Technical, Finance, Sales and Purchasing.
Role Overview
The Office Administrator will provide essential administrative support across the organisation, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be organised, proactive, and comfortable managing a variety of tasks.
Role responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Technical, Finance, Sales & Purchasing Teams
- Maintain a database of all products including packaging and labelling requirements
- Generating and printing in-house labels using BarTender & Zebra Designer Software
- Create, maintain and file product packaging specifications
- Ensuring deliveries of labels from suppliers are correct and checked into stock
- Handle customer requests relating to technical and safety data sheets
- Respond to customer queries regarding product and packaging information
- Supporting the Sales & Marketing Team in the creation, coordination and updating of content for company brochures, promotional materials and the company website
- Assist with and provide cover for reception duties including generating manifests for transport companies on a weekly basis
- Assist with label stocktaking and provide cover for stock deduction administration as required
Essential Requirements:
- Strong administrative experience ideally within a manufacturing environment
- Candidates must possess an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, with particularly strong proficiency in Excel
- Experience with BarTender or similar label-generation software is an advantage
- Experience with SAP is desirable but not essential
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
