Hourly Rate + Team Bonus
-Must have over 3 years experience in retail management background. As Supervisor you will be expected to implement workflow procedures under the instruction of a manager conducing various tasks.
Tasks include:
-Providing customer support
- Overseeing daily operations ensuring the store is running effectively and smoothly.
-Enforcing company policies and procedures.
-Assisting and supporting your manager with daily tasks.
-Managing inventory
-Resolving customer complaints in a timely, professional manner
-Visual merchandising to ensure displays are up to standards
-Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, sales-driven atmosphere.
-Comfortable making managerial decisions in a timely and efficient manner.
-Comfortable delegating tasks to staff members
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €15.00-€15.50 per hour
