The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator to operate our state-of-the-art Biesse CNC machines and Edgebanders in our production facility in Roscommon Town. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to work with cutting-edge machinery in a fast-paced and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
· Operate and maintain Biesse Edgebander and CNC to produce high-quality kitchen components.
- Interpret technical drawings and production schedules to set up and run jobs accurately.
- Carry out routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Monitor output to ensure quality standards are consistently met.
- Work collaboratively with the production team to meet project deadlines.
Requirements:
· Previous experience as a production Operator in a busy environment
- Strong technical and mechanical aptitude.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
