Key responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality beauty treatments to clients
- Provide a warm, professional, and welcoming experience
- Maintain excellent standards of hygiene and cleanliness
- Build strong client relationships and encourage repeat business
- Offer advice and recommendations on treatments and aftercare
- Work collaboratively as part of a busy salon team
- Help ensure the salon runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience as a Beauty Therapist is essential
- Strong treatment knowledge and confidence in client care
- A professional, friendly, and reliable approach
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a busy salon environment
- A passion for beauty, wellness, and ongoing learning
