Production Equipment Europe is a leading industrial distributor supplying over 80,000 products to customers across Europe. We are currently recruiting for a Pricing Data Administrator to work within our team based in Galway. They will work closely with our Pricing Co-Ordinator and team, to provide administration support.
Responsibilities

Create and maintain new part numbers within SAP in accordance with internal SOPs and data standards.

Manage manufacturer information, manufacturer prefixes, item groups, and product categorisation.

Review and process changes to existing part numbers including:

Manufacturer product code changes
-
Description updates
-
UOM changes
-
Barcodes
-
Item status changes
-
Work directly with suppliers to obtain and validate:

Product specifications
-
Intrastat and customs-related information
-
Manufacturer details
-
Maintain accurate SAP Item Master Data ensuring consistency and data integrity.

Assist with clearance and obsolete item management.

Carry out daily audits and checks on newly created or amended part numbers.

Investigate and resolve data discrepancies and master data issues.

Manage the shared pricing inbox

Assist with Intrastat-related data and reporting requirements.

Support item group reviews and ongoing master data improvement projects.

Run and review Power BI and Excel reports to support the Pricing Team.

Liaise with internal departments to ensure product and pricing data is accurate and aligned across systems.

Support the Pricing Team with additional administrative and reporting tasks as required.
Skills & Experience

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Experience working with large datasets and master data maintenance.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

SAP experience, or equivalent ERP system experience, would be advantageous.

Experience dealing directly with suppliers or vendor data would be advantageous.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
