Senior Architectural Technologist
This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the delivery of major healthcare and public sector projects from concept through to completion, working alongside a dynamic and experienced team of architects and technologists.
The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping complex projects, managing client relationships, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and delivering high-quality design and technical solutions across all project stages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading technical design and mentoring the technical team
- Coordinating multidisciplinary design teams, consultants and specialist advisors
- Preparing and overseeing planning applications, tender documentation, construction information and technical specifications
- Chairing technical meetings and workshops, presenting design proposals and preparing project reports
- Undertaking site inspections, contract administration and construction stage services
- Managing project delivery in accordance with Public Works Contracts, statutory requirements and healthcare design standards
- Contributing to the continued growth and development of the practice's healthcare and public sector portfolio

RIAI (Arch Tech) / MCIAT with approximately 5 –12 years' professional experience.
Candidates should demonstrate:
- Strong technical, design and project delivery capabilities across all project stages
- Proven experience delivering complex built projects, ideally within the healthcare, public sector or education sectors
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary design teams and coordinating with consultants, contractors and clients
- Thorough knowledge of Irish Building Regulations, statutory approval processes and Public Works Contracts
- Proficiency in Revit and BIM-based project delivery workflows
- Strong organisational and project management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively
- A proactive, collaborative and solution-focused approach to project delivery
- The ability to perform effectively within a team based, client-focused environment
