Job Title: QHSE Administrator / Specialist
Department: Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE)
Reports To: QHSE Manager Job Purpose:
The QHSE Administrator / Specialist provides administrative and technical support to ensure the effective implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the organisation’s Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental management systems.
The role supports compliance with applicable legislation, customer requirements, company policies, and recognised management standards while promoting a strong culture of safety, quality, and environmental responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Management
· Maintain and update the Quality Management System (QMS), including procedures, policies, forms, and records.
· Support internal audits, inspections, and corrective action processes.
· Track non-conformances, customer complaints, and improvement actions.
· Assist with document control, revision management, and record retention.
· Support preparation of quality reports, KPIs, and management review documentation.
· Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, ISO 39001, ISO 45001 and ISO 50001.
Health & Safety Management
· Assist with implementation and monitoring of health and safety policies and procedures.
· Maintain safety documentation, including risk assessments, method statements, permits, and training records.
· Support incident, accident, near-miss, and investigation processes.
· Monitor corrective and preventive actions to ensure timely close-out.
· Assist with workplace inspections, safety audits, and compliance checks.
· Promote safe working practices and employee engagement initiatives.
Environmental Management
· Support environmental management activities and compliance requirements.
· Maintain environmental records, including waste management, emissions, energy, and sustainability data.
· Assist with environmental inspections, audits, and improvement initiatives.
· Support compliance with environmental standards such as ISO 14001.
Administration & Reporting
· Maintain QHSE databases, registers, and reporting systems.
· Prepare regular QHSE performance reports and dashboards.
· Coordinate QHSE meetings, training sessions, toolbox talks, and awareness campaigns.
· Manage QHSE documentation, certificates, and supplier records.
· Support external audits, regulatory inspections, and customer compliance reviews.
· Assist with maintaining contractor and supplier QHSE documentation.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
· Degree or professional qualification in Quality, Health & Safety, Environmental Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
· Experience working in a QHSE, compliance, safety, quality, or administrative role.
· Knowledge of ISO management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, ISO 39001, ISO 45001 and ISO 50001) preferred.
· Understanding of risk assessment, incident reporting, audits, and corrective actions.
· Experience with document control and compliance reporting.
· Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and database/reporting systems.

· Experience supporting regulatory or customer audits.
· Knowledge of industry-specific compliance requirements.

Pay: €40,000.00-€50,000.00 per year
