- Have experience in the provision of assessment and interventions to children and young people with a broad range of needs arising out of a disability, to include knowledge and experience around 24hr postural management and a good understanding of sensory processing and complex developmental disabilities.
- Have an understanding of interdisciplinary working and family centred practice.
- Have experience working within a team context
- Be flexible to the needs of children and their families, and responsive to change
