We are seeking a reliable and conscientious Cleaning Operative to maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment within a school premises. The successful candidate will work Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday evenings, during the school term, ensuring a pool area, changing rooms, and adjacent facilities are cleaned to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean pool area, changing rooms, and adjacent facilities.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish floors as required.
- Empty bins and dispose of waste in accordance with school procedures.
- Clean and sanitise surfaces, doors, and touch points.
- Replenish consumables such as soap, toilet tissue, and paper towels.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or health and safety concerns.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is used safely and stored correctly.
- Follow all health and safety, safeguarding, and hygiene procedures.
- Lock and secure designated areas where required.
Pay: €14.80 per hour
