Newvend is a Wholesaler, Vendor & Installer based in Co Monaghan. Due to the continued growth and expansion of our business, we are now seeking a Fulltime Goods In and Warehouse Operative to join our team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Receiving and inspecting incoming deliveries
· Booking stock into inventory systems
· Organising warehouse and storeroom stock
· Pick, pack and prepare wholesale customer orders for dispatch
· Conducting stock counts and assist with inventory control
· Prepare goods for dispatch and ensure orders are completed accurately and on time
· Deliver stock to customers when required
· Load and unload stock for our van sales team on a daily basis
· Maintaining accurate stock records
· Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
· Ensuring health and safety compliance
· Assist in maintaining a clean, organised and efficient warehouse environment
Job skills & requirements:
· Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
· Strong organisational and time management skills
· The ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently in a busy environment
· Good communication and teamwork skills
· Basic computer literacy and confidence using inventory or stock management systems
· A full, clean drivers licence
Desirable (but not essential):
· Previous warehouse or stores experience
· Forklift experience or certification (full training will be provided if required)
Position:
· Full-time, permanent role,
· Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week
