Job Title: CRM Support Administrator

About the Company:
DPD Ireland leads the field in next day parcel delivery throughout Ireland, with 38 regionally based collection and delivery depots and a state of the art central sorting hub in Athlone, Co. Westmeath.
Purpose of the role:
The successful candidate will be an integral part of the CRM team, they will be offering office based administrative support required by the CRM Department, as well as having direct contact with customers via phone and email regarding commercial queries.
This is a permanent role based in our Head Office in Athlone, Co. Westmeath. There is the option to work a day a week from home if desired, once established in the role.
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate & review reports.
- Support data entry into Salesforce and compliance on Salesforce processes.
- Run daily sales reports.
- Customer analysis and review.
- Provide depot support.
- Customer analysis /review.
- Dealing with customers by phone and email.
- New account processing.
- Enquiry and prospect qualifying.
- Support a team of CRM Account Managers.

- Strong IT skills are essential particularly with MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
