Salary: €32,600 - €41,500 + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

The role
Our Warmer Homes Administrator will help fulfil SSE Airtricity’s Warmer Homes Programme and SEAI grant scheme requirements, and will help support Ireland’s transition to a low carbon economy.
You will
- Liaise directly with customers and contractors to answer queries from multiple channels.
- Manage and update our Quality Management System manual and processes.
- Ensure we meet all the standards, T&Cs and requirements of the SEAI Warmer Homes programme.
- Provide associated administrative support and reporting.
You have
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Access, Excel, Outlook), with demonstrable experience working with Pivot Tables and LOOKUP's.
- A background in customer care, assurance or compliance.
- Experience in all aspects of office administration with excellent communication and call handling skills.
- Knowledge of SEAI schemes and grant management and the energy efficiency industry.
- The ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers, contractors and external stakeholders.
