Safegard Systems, based in Bray; Ireland and part of the Swegon Group, are leading Specialists in fire dampers, smoke dampers and damper control & monitoring systems.
We are looking for a reliable and organised Warehouse Operative to join our Production team at our site in Bray; Ireland. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a hands-on environment and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly. You will be responsible for managing goods in and out, maintaining accurate stock records, and ensuring the warehouse remains organised, safe, and efficient.
Working closely with the wider team, you will support day-to-day warehouse operations and play a key role in ensuring materials and products are handled accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Managing all goods in and out for orders and deliveries
Recording and tracking the movement of stock using internal systems
Maintaining accurate records of stock locations and inventory levels
Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and safe at all times
Checking deliveries for missing or damaged items
Receiving and processing incoming goods
Inspecting returned goods and processing credits
Assisting with stock audits and inventory checks
Monitoring stock levels and notifying when reorders are required
Supporting the loading of outbound vehicles with drivers
Moving stock safely by hand or using equipment such as forklifts
Identifying ways to optimise warehouse space and processes
Carrying out safety checks on warehouse equipment
Providing general support across warehouse and logistics activities

Essential Experience
Previous warehouse experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Access)
