Job Purpose:
- Drive success to new business opportunities across the Travel Industry for New Zealand Tours
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers
- Maintain proper communication and transparency with our clients that uphold our company Core Values.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets by following proper procedures and KPIs
- Collaborate with team members to ensure our Sales and Customer Service targets are met as a whole
- Keep ahead of industry trends to identify fresh opportunities, share ideas to improve
- Able to be part and shape the growth of our service and overall Travel companies
- Work closely with other teams to ensure that clients receive a cohesive and high quality experience throughout the entire journey.
