JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a motivated and resourceful person to join our Commercial team to support accounts and payroll and to perform general office administration.
The Commercial team work together on handling and managing the commercial flow of the business. Commencing at tendering and New Business Acquisition right through to accounts and reporting. During the flow there are responsibilities and tasks related to pricing, procurement, supplier management, payroll, financial control, job tracking, payments, credit management, debt management, support for site teams and reporting to management.
The position is based at our head office in Kilcoole, and is 25-30 hours per week 9-month contract.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Primary focus of the role is to support multiple duties around the management of commercial systems within IAC. This covers the UK, Ireland and potentially other territories as they develop.
- General office duties including answering phone calls and emails in an efficient and professional manner.
- Payroll Assistance, payroll administration
- Using SAGE to manage the payroll costs, recordings and payment for the workforce.
- To cover other roles in the team during periods of annual leave where necessary.
- Debt control
- Job Tracking for sites and administration
- Assisting & supporting Senior Commercial Administrator in Debt control & invoicing and other duties as required
- Communication with clients, suppliers & contractors
- Ad hoc administration duties
Requirements
· Minimum of one year office administration experience
· Excellent MS office skills
· payroll experience is a must, account experience is an advantage
· Understanding of Payroll
· Excellent communication & organisational skills
· Team player with a flexible approach to work
· The ability to cope with the pressure of demanding targets and tight deadlines
· The ability to prioritise own workload and to work on own initiative
· Sage 50 experience preferable (training will be provided)
Pay: €30,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
