Full-Time Paint Department Sales Assistant

Flynn's Hardware is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Full-Time Paint Department Sales Assistant to join our friendly team in Dungarvan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing excellent customer service and expert advice on paints, colours, and decorating products.
- Mixing paint accurately using our colour-matching system.
- Assisting customers with product selection and project advice.
- Maintaining high standards of stock presentation and merchandising.
- Receiving and replenishing stock.
- Keeping the department clean, organised, and well stocked.
- Working as part of a team to ensure an outstanding shopping experience.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- An interest in DIY, decorating, or home improvement.
- Retail experience is an advantage but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- A positive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
