Project Engineer – South Dublin – Tier 1 Main Contractor
Overview
A Tier 1 Main Contractor is currently seeking a Project Engineer to join their team on major construction projects in South Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious engineer looking to progress their career within a leading construction company.
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of projects from commencement through to completion
- Coordinate site activities and subcontractors
- Ensure works are carried out in line with project specifications and drawings
- Assist with quality control and site inspections
- Monitor project progress and report to senior management
- Maintain accurate site records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures
- Liaise with design teams, consultants, and clients
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
- Previous experience working with a Main Contractor preferred
- Strong technical and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced site environment
- Knowledge of construction drawings and specifications
- Full driving licence preferred
