- Excellent Oppertuniy for an ambitious customer service driven Nightclub Manager to join one of Dublin's top Venue's Soho.
Reporting directly to GM Clive Power and company directors.
- Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the nightclub.
- Manage and train staff, including bartenders, servers
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle any complaints or issues.
- Maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons.
- Manage budgets, inventory, and vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance and regulations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Plan and execute special events and promotions alongside events team.
- Maintain strong relationships with regular customers and VIPs.
- Ensure the nightclub is clean and well-maintained.
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and coaching.
- Ensure all staff adhere to health and safety standards.
- Work closely with the security team to ensure the safety of guests and staff.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.Requirements
- Proven experience as a Nightclub Manager or similar role.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of all compliance and licensing regulations.
- Ability to work late nights and weekends.
- Passion for nightlife and creating memorable experiences.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with staff and customers.
- Knowledge of health and safety standards.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to train and develop staff.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €50,000.00-€60,000.00 per year
