HalloweenHQ is Ireland's leading Halloween retailer, and every year we transform our warehouse into the engine that powers stores across the country. We're looking for a highly organised, hands-on Seasonal Warehouse Manager to lead our main warehouse operation during our busiest and most exciting time of the year.
This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You'll be responsible for ensuring stock moves efficiently, the warehouse runs safely and effectively, and our stores receive everything they need to deliver an incredible Halloween season.
What you'll be doing
- Leading the day-to-day operation of our main warehouse.
- Helping planning and organising inbound deliveries and outbound store replenishment.
- Ensuring stock is accurately received, stored and dispatched.
- Maintaining excellent inventory and warehouse organisation.
- Coordinating stock transfers between stores and the warehouse.
- Monitoring productivity and ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
- Maintaining high standards of health & safety and housekeeping.
- Working closely with the Operations and Retail teams to support new store openings and seasonal demand.
- Helping to solve problems quickly in a fast-moving environment.
We're looking for someone who
- Has previous warehouse management or supervisory experience.
- Is highly organised and thrives under pressure.
- Has excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Is comfortable using warehouse systems and Microsoft Office.
- Has strong attention to detail.
- Is flexible and willing to work additional hours during peak periods when required.
- Enjoys working in a dynamic, seasonal business.

Pay: €15.00-€17.00 per hour
