About The Role
The General Manager will be responsible for:
- Overseeing daily bar operations and ensure smooth and efficient service

Leading, motivating, training and developing the team
- Maintaining excellent standards of customer service, food, drink, cleanliness and presentation

Managing team rosters, labour costs, stock control, ordering and supplier relationships

Driving sales, profitability and overall business performance
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety, food safety, licensing and employment regulations

Handling customer feedback and resolving issues professionally
- Monitoring financial performance, budgets, margins and cost controls

Recruiting, onboarding and developing team
- Creating a positive, professional and team focused working environment

Ensuring company policies and procedures are followed at all times
The Ideal candidate will have
- Previous experience in a similar management role
- Strong leadership and people management skills

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Good commercial awareness and financial understanding

Experience managing rosters, stock, budgets and KPI's
