Job Title: Samples Coordinator
Location: Santry | Type: Full-Time
We’re a leading flooring company looking for a reliable Samples Coordinator to join our team. This hands-on role involves preparing and dispatching customer sample orders, keeping our sample room organised, and making sure sales staff always have stock ready to go.
Key Duties:
- Pick, pack, and dispatch sample orders.
- Process orders through our system.
- Keep the sample room tidy and well-stocked.
- Manage packaging supplies and stock write-offs.
- Cut flooring samples using a chop saw (training & PPE provided).
About You:
- Organised, detail-focused, and practical.
- Comfortable with hands-on tasks and basic computer use.
- Warehouse/dispatch experience a bonus, but not essential.
