Your impact
As a Planner at Jacobs, you’ll be a key driver behind the successful delivery of major programmes and critical infrastructure across Ireland. You’ll play a pivotal role in:

You’ll own the creation, updating, and maintenance of detailed project schedules — ensuring every step is clear, achievable, and aligned with delivery goals;
Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules that underpin successful outcomes
Track progress, monitor performance and analyse variances against the baseline plan
Provide accurate, data-driven schedule insights for forecasting and decision-making
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams and workstreams to ensure coordinated, timely delivery
This is a high‑visibility role where your planning expertise drives trust, clarity, and confidence across the project lifecycle.
Here's what you'll need
Proven experience developing and maintaining complex project schedules
Strong understanding of planning tools and methodologies (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project)
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to spot trends, risks, and opportunities
Strong communication skills — able to bring multiple stakeholders together around a clear plan
A proactive, detail‑driven mindset with a passion for enabling successful project delivery
