We are looking for an exceptional Project Manager to take ownership of our projects from the moment a sale is completed through to final installation and completion.
This is not an administrative project management position.
It is a high-responsibility, high-autonomy role for someone who wants to take ownership of a major part of a growing business.
The structure is simple:
Sales wins the project. You take ownership from there.
Your responsibility is to make sure every project is properly designed, ordered, scheduled, communicated and ultimately delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.
What You Will Own
Once a project is handed over from sales, you will take responsibility for the entire delivery process, including:
- Customer handover and project communication
- Reviewing measurements and technical information
- Producing and coordinating drawings and designs
- Finalising specifications
- Material take-offs and quantities
- Ordering all materials
- Supplier communication and negotiation
- Managing supplier lead times
- Scheduling material deliveries
- Scheduling fitters and installation teams
- Preparing complete information packs for installers
- Coordinating customers, suppliers and trades
- Managing changes and variations
- Monitoring project budgets
- Tracking actual costs against expected costs
- Protecting project margins
- Identifying potential problems before they reach site
- Resolving issues quickly when they arise
- Driving projects through to successful completion
You won't simply coordinate projects.
You will own them.
Commercial & Cost Control
Cost control is a major part of this position.
You will know what each project was sold for, what it should cost to deliver and where it stands financially throughout the project.
You'll be expected to continually identify opportunities to:
- Improve purchasing
- Negotiate better supplier pricing
- Prevent incorrect orders
- Reduce material waste
- Prevent unnecessary labour costs
- Reduce delays and downtime
- Prevent expensive mistakes and rework
- Improve project margins
We want someone who understands that every decision has a commercial impact.
Salary + Performance Bonus
We believe someone who directly influences profitability should benefit financially when they produce exceptional results.
The package will therefore include:
Competitive base salary + meaningful performance-related bonus.
The target annual performance bonus is expected to be approximately 10–15% of base salary, with the potential to reach approximately 20% for exceptional performance.
The bonus will be based on clearly agreed KPIs, including:
1. Project Profitability
Delivering projects at or above agreed gross-margin targets.
2. Cost Control
Reducing waste, incorrect orders, unnecessary expenditure and project overruns.
3. On-Time Delivery
Projects and materials being properly organised so installations happen when promised.
4. Quality
Reducing mistakes, callbacks, rework and preventable problems.
5. Customer Experience
Maintaining strong communication and delivering a professional experience from handover through completion.
There may also be additional upside linked to profit improvement above agreed targets, allowing exceptional performance to be rewarded without creating a ceiling on ambition.
AI, Automation & Technology
A major part of our vision is building a modern, AI-enabled project management operation.
You do not need to be an AI expert when you join us.
We will invest in training you to use AI, automation and modern technology to become dramatically more effective in your role.
We want to explore AI and automation across areas such as:
- Project documentation
- Drawings and design workflows
- Material take-offs
- Procurement
- Supplier communication
- Project scheduling
- Cost tracking
- Customer communication
- Installer information packs
- Project reporting
- Identifying potential cost overruns
- Automating repetitive administration
The objective isn't to replace good judgement with technology.
It's to give a great Project Manager better tools and greater leverage.
We want someone who constantly asks:
"How can we do this faster, better and with fewer mistakes?"
What Great Performance Looks Like
A great Project Manager in our business means:
Projects are organised before they reach site.
Materials arrive where and when they're needed.
Installers have everything they need before starting the job.
Customers aren't chasing us looking for answers.
Suppliers are properly managed.
Problems are identified before they become expensive problems.
Management isn't constantly firefighting.
And projects are delivered professionally, on time and profitably.
The Person We're Looking For
You'll probably have experience in areas such as construction, interiors, fit-out, joinery, manufacturing or another project-led environment.
More importantly, you'll be:
- Exceptionally organised
- Commercially minded
- Strong on numbers and cost control
- Comfortable with drawings and technical information
- Excellent at planning ahead
- Confident dealing with customers
- Strong with suppliers and tradespeople
- Comfortable managing several projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented
- Decisive
- Calm under pressure
- Technology-minded
- Curious about AI and automation
- Constantly looking for better ways of working
But the biggest characteristic we're looking for is ownership mentality.
If something is going wrong, you don't wait for someone else to fix it.
You take responsibility and get it sorted.
Career Opportunity
For the right person, this can become much more than a Project Manager position.
You'll have the opportunity to help build the project delivery system of the company.
As the business grows, we want this person to grow with it — potentially taking responsibility for a larger project management and operations team.
We'll invest in your development, particularly around:
- Leadership
- Commercial management
- Systems
- AI
- Automation
- Operational excellence
We're looking for someone who wants responsibility, autonomy and the opportunity to build something.
The Mission
Sales wins the project.
You take ownership from there.
Your mission is to make sure we deliver every project:
Properly.
Profitably.
On time.
And professionally.
Pay: €40,729.03-€70,000.00 per year
Benefits:
- Profit sharing
