The Nox Hotel are recruiting an experienced Full Time Bartender to join our team
Key Deliverables and Responsibilities
- Meet and greet customers on arrival
- Up selling of products and services
- Serve customers their beverages promptly and courteously
- Mix and garnish beverages according to recipe and portion control standards.
- Be fully aware of the bar drink menu and products offered
- A real passion for creating high end cocktails, wines and spirits and have the ability to recommend and advise to guests
- Ensures that their working area and station are stocked and kept clean and tidy at all times
- Have a full knowledge of alcohol and liquor policies and regulations
- Excellent guest service skills always exceeding guest expectations
- Enjoy a high level of guest interaction and believe giving the highest standard of service at all times.
- Be committed to continual personal and professional improvement.
- Ensures that their working area and station are stocked and kept clean and tidy at all times

Professional requirements and Experience:
- Fluent English is essential
- Ability to make cocktails to a high standard
- Minimum of 1 year continuous working experience in a fast-paced food and beverage environment
- Be available to work flexible hours including evenings & weekends
- Be passionate about the industry
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €14.50-€15.00 per hour
