We have the largest Salesforce in Ireland with over 90 directly employed Sales Representatives on the road selling, servicing, and supporting our growing customer base. Our main industry sectors are: Automotive Aftermarket, Engineering & MRO, Construction, Renewables as well as Kitchens, Bedrooms & Bathrooms. Within our company's headquarters in Limerick, you will find over 70 support staff working across a variety of functions including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Services, Purchasing, Human Resources and Logistics.
Your Mission!
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated graduate or early-career professional to join the Sales Operations team and develop a career in commercial analysis, sales operations, and business support. As a Trainee Sales Operations Analyst, you will work alongside experienced colleagues to support pricing, customer management, sales reporting, and operational projects that contribute to business growth and customer success.
Key Responsibilities
1. Pricing & Commercial Support

Support the Pricing team by assisting with pricing analysis and reporting.

Help maintain pricing data and ensure pricing records are accurate and up to date.

Assist with analysing product margins and pricing trends.

Prepare reports and basic commercial analysis to support pricing decisions
2. Customer Management & Data Quality
-
Assist with customer data management and ensure records are accurate within company systems.
-
Support customer segmentation and reporting activities.
-
Help monitor customer acquisition and retention performance through reporting and analysis.

Contribute to maintaining high standards of customer data quality.

Provide administrative support for customer development initiatives.
3. Sales Performance & Business Reporting

Produce regular sales reports and dashboards for the Sales Operations team.

Assist in tracking sales performance against targets and key performance indicators.

Collect, organise, and analyse sales and customer data to identify trends.

Support the preparation of reports for management meetings and business reviews.

Assist with forecasting and sales planning activities.
4. Sales Operations & Process Support

Support the administration of sales incentive and commission processes.

Assist with territory planning by preparing customer and sales data.

Help maintain CRM and ERP data accuracy.

Participate in projects to improve sales processes and reporting efficiency.

Provide general administrative support to the Sales Operations team as required.
Qualifications:
-
A degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline is desirable.

Practical experience using Microsoft Excel.

Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail are essential.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment are a must.
